Bikram yoga home practice is the best as there are strict rules to attend a particular place or area. This can be practiced conveniently at your home and even your bathroom can be your practice room for bikram yoga.
Make yourself convenient at a place in your home or you can choose your bathroom. If you have a hot shower, turn it on and allow the steam to build and similarly, if you have a humidifier, turn it on, so the room is filled with both hold and humid. Dress yourself in warm clothing such as long sleeves and socks to increase the heat in your body. Now just as you to turn to listen DVD music, practice bikram yoga by looking at a your portable DVD player which you can place in your bathroom and follow the bikram yoga lessons. After few minutes of practice, relax by sitting and begin to breath both the hot air and moist air.
This is completely home yoga and you have plenty of benefits by practicing bikram yoga at home. Some times traveling may be a problem for us to attend yoga classes or to take the training from yoga trainer. What we are doing now with bikram yoga is that, we are practicing bikram yoga at home at our convenience and we are taking full benefits from bikram yoga.
Bikram yoga at home is perfect and this can be suitable for housewives and elderly women who travel less and who stay inside home while doing household chores and taking care of their families. Shower is every woman’s dream and bikram yoga while showering is another best method to enjoy. Once practice of bikram yoga is finished, you can take normal shower and get a relaxed feeling. It is true that yoga is one of best exercise in the world. It helps to clear mind, body and soul. Especially bikram yoga is aimed at to reduce weight levels in the body and this is very ideal for women who wish to reduce their weight.

The word “shitkari” means quite literally ‘that which cools’. “Pranayama” means ‘breathing’. Together, you can guess what this exercise is intended to do! That’s right! It serves the purpose of cooling the body as well as the mind (and in that order). It’s a pretty nifty technique, and a nice change from the usual cooling techniques. (Easier, in my opinion). This nifty little bit of breathing exercise comes with a very cool side effect. Apart from keeping you cool, it can help you control your hunger and sleep. Answer: - The Most common problem every Yoga beginner faces is the over weight problem, and that aspect leads towards misunderstanding about when to start yoga. It is absolutely not like your friends are saying. Carrying extra weight always create certain problem while you exercise and it could be extra painful and tough in the starting. Over weight will create certain problem like feeling pain in your joints, shoulder pain, back ache etc, but it is not impossible as well.
