It will also make delivering your child much more easy on your body, if you do it while you’re pregnant. Baby Pose, Cat Pose, Tiger Stretch, and Plough Pose would help any woman achieve her ideal beauty, youth, and flexibility.

Kids can benefit just as much from yoga as adults do. In all cases, the results are enormous. Children who practice yoga are more coordinated and flexible than children who do not. Children who perform yoga are also much more self confident and have a higher sense of self worth. It can be helpful to parents, too, because their children will learn self discipline and control. Some people speculate that it even helps with their studies.
