Sidhasana yoga for beginners is also known as muktasana and guptasana. There are many instructions for the beginners and some times, students may find it very difficult and unacceptable. But once you begin to receive the benefits of sidhasana yoga, you will be comfortable and will appreciate doing yoga poses.
Some of the important activities of sidhasana yoga are bending, spreading, sliding, using feet, using ankles and using of hands for different directions of beginner yoga poses. In fact if we take a closer look at these activities, these are similar to our regular physical exercises and a workout in gym. To exit from a pose, you have to slide foot slowly and move it forward and straighten both the feet. You are now back to position and ready for the next yoga pose. Sidhasana yoga is very good for nervous system and brain system. It also helps in improving memory, control of blood pressure and balances the entire mechanism of human body.
