People usually understand that yoga postures are somehow related with exercises, but in reality yoga postures are totally different from exercise, because their motive is not to build body muscles and strengthen them up, but to make your inner body system fit and much More healthier.
While above facts we discussed about Yoga Posses, with these aspects a yoga practitioner will surely understand that Yoga is not about Exercises and giving stress to your body, but it is all about Meditation and making your inner body system fit, healthy and much more energetic through various asans and Postures.
The Most important fact to know about Yoga Practices is that the difference between Postures and Calisthenics is that yoga postures put more focus on Never strain and stress policy and more towards relaxation and mediation, while exercises put pressure on muscles and it’s all about heavy workouts, weight lifting and pulling, with the concept of “No Pain, No Gain”.
