Kundalini Yoga is a great science, whose benefits cannot be fully felt unless you also practice your daily sadhana. Unusually for most yoga classes, the Kundalini instructor actually practices with the class as they watch over them. In most classes, instructors primarily explain a pose and correct students on their performance. That is most definitely not the case with Kundalini. I think this is great for instructors, as it allows them the chance to do their Kundalini in a more committed way.
