Kundalini Yoga is a great science, whose benefits cannot be fully felt unless you also practice your daily sadhana. Unusually for most yoga classes, the Kundalini instructor actually practices with the class as they watch over them. In most classes, instructors primarily explain a pose and correct students on their performance. That is most definitely not the case with Kundalini. I think this is great for instructors, as it allows them the chance to do their Kundalini in a more committed way.

Plus, as a former class-skipping student, I can say first hand that once you’re an instructor you go to class a lot more often! I am filled with immense happiness when I perform yoga, and it’s an experience I love sharing.

I have found some big benefits and positive changes to my life since I’ve been doing this consistently for months. There are seven total, which is pretty nice! I’ve had a drastic increase in my awareness of my True Divine Nature. I find that I’m often much more happy and joyful, without any “reason”. Not only that, but I also find that I’m calmer than I used to be when faced with difficult or stressful issues.

My health is in much better condition. I feel stronger, more energetic, and I’ve been completely revitalized. I have a much more clear way of thinking. I’ve also had some really wonderful transcendental experiences both in class and randomly without even having to beckon it!
I really feel so much more alive, inspired, and excited due to the benefits of doing Kundalini daily. And this is only after a few months! I’m so glad that I’ve committed myself to doing this.

Don’t misunderstand me, I do still have days when I don’t want to get out of bed and I don’t want to go to class. But that all changes when my first students arrive and we all start warming up. I know in my heart that I wouldn’t change it for the world. The benefits heavily outweigh the negativity of sitting at home doing nothing and feeling bad!
