Yoga Asanas for Fertility
Hatha Yoga, when practiced regularly, can help you be healthy and stay fit simply by expanding and preserving your mental and physical functions. It can slow down aging and keep you active and strong, regardless of age. Take into careful consideration that the poses I will be suggesting should be part of your daily Yoga regime, but they can also go really wrong if you do not do them correctly.
You MUST have the guidance of a licensed instructor, and you MUST have permission from your doctor to be practicing yoga. Never lie to your instructor about your health and any illnesses that you may have. They need to know to keep you safe and healthy.
Some poses should be avoided by people who are suffering from ailments such as muscle spasms, arthritis, high blood pressure, and spinal problems. There are also some poses that women on their monthlies should avoid. No one should do yoga while their body is still digesting a meal. Yoga should be preformed either before breakfast, or at least four and a half hours after your last meal. Please note that I’ve tried to compile a small list of fertility poses that do not matter if a woman is on her monthly or not.
The following poses are for people who would like to become more fertile. They are for instilling reproduction and warding off sterility as well as battling impotency. Please consult your doctor before seeking out a trained and licensed yoga instructor. Some of these poses can be dangerous if done incorrectly. You must use an instructor’s guidance! To become more fertile, try some of these poses – Ardha-Matsyendrasana, Matsyasana, Dhanurasana, Supta-Vajrasana, Bhujangasana, Ardha-Salabhasana, and Viparita Karani.
Even if you are well –practiced in yoga, you must ask your instructor if these poses are okay for you, because your instructor may decide that it’s best to alter the pose for you. Never attempt to do an unfamiliar pose by yourself without first consulting and practicing the pose with your instructor.
