Yoga Exercises and Poses for Office

During office hours people tends to forget about their fitness and health lifestyle, because they hardly get time these days to follow heavy workout gym sessions. But still there are some Yoga Posses which can be implemented while you are working in your office and still obtain benefits from them. During last week many people asked us about some of the yoga basic exercises they can implement while working in their offices, which can include stretching, and basic movements to do them easily. We asked our Yoga specialist about this aspect and this is how they answered all the queries:-

 
I’m and IT specialist and most of my day spent in front of my desk and PC. Are there any particular yoga posses which I can implement? – Divin

 
Yoga Specialist: - Well, It is quite possible to implement and do Yoga posses at your desk in your office, but it solely depends on the setup of your office desk, You level of comfort with your other workers and many other aspects as well. If all these aspects go perfectly right than you can even do entire Yoga posses at your desk. Given below are some of the yoga poses which you can try in any situation as they are pretty much basic but still works a lot for your health and fitness.

 
The most easiest yoga you can do at your office is to sit on the edge of your chair, You legs should be in square position  Move your hand upward and place them on you your thighs, you palms should be straight enough and attached to you thighs, and then start moving forward and back while inhaling and exhaling.

 
Second easiest Yoga pose that you can try at your desk concerns with your chair as well. In this pose you sit straight on your chair, bend you back and move forward down and back, in this situation you will be exercising for your abdominals and it will also help you low back pain problem as well.

 
Stretching you shoulder, moving your arms up and down, and the same way with legs stretching always helps you to regain you energy and keeps you fresh for long working hours. It is always advisable that you should take 5-10 minutes break and do these basic stretching exercises.
