Yoga therapy for knees

Yoga therapy for knees is an excellent remedy available for finding relief from knee pains. This is quite common for both men and women of all age groups, especially when the process of ageing begins, people will begin to experience knees pains while walking, while driving their cars and while traveling. This is because, either by keeping knees in a standing position or by being seated in the cars for long drive or by traveling in flights people will develop knee pains.

Either by over tiredness or by weakening of knees, there will be a knee pain. Once when you recognize there is a knee pain, it is important that you must give complete rest to the knees and must also give adequate therapy.

Some of us will give hot water bag therapy by placing the hot water bag on the knees so that it absorbs the pain and we will feel quite normal and strong in knees. Other therapy is to rub herbal oils, ointments and massage on the knees so that it the muscles on the knees are relaxed and you will feel normal and do not get knee pains any more.

Yoga therapy for knee pains is performed by bending your knees up and down and also in half-mast position on the mat. You can also practice chest pose for knee pains.

Sleep on the floor, stretch your legs and lift one leg and bend it towards your face and hold the knee with both of your hands. Allow it to rest for a while. Similarly, do it with the other leg. This practice allows both the legs and knees to relax and will give you good relief from knee pains.
The practice should be very slow and steady in order to find cure from knee pains.
